Engravings
Single Pattern
There are several production cycles that involve different steps and heat treatments. Our 10-step cycle includes multi-phase grinding operations and post-engraving heat treatment to maintain total control over the engraving specifications and to enhance the performance of the new generation machines.
Multi Pattern
Our production cycle allows us to go beyond the limits of traditional procedures: the band can exceed 40 mm. The perfect alignment between the lower and upper rollers guarantees excellent performance at all times.
Technology for Strapping Belts
3D DETECTION
Starting from a sample or a roll we do reverse engineer. We scan any product to detect its engraving using a high-resolution electron microscope that returns a 3D image, simultaneously detecting the pattern and its different depths. We identify pin specifications and consider any possible improvement.
THERMAL TREATMENT
Advanced and innovative heat treatments allow us to provide cylinders, which maximise the performance of state-of-the-art equipment and perfectly master engraving specifications, especially the edge angle and finish.
PATTERN ADJUSTMENT
When defining a pattern, it is essential to consider variables such as the age of the equipment, the material the product is made of, its thickness and its ability to withstand the required tension. We adapt the pattern and engraving specifications to the customer's needs.
