This product has been fully developed internally and is normally used to rebuild the diameter of worn rollers of medium and big sizes, which - after one or several refurbishments or due to heavy crashes or accidental impacts - require recovery to the original diameter.

By means of a welding cycle, one or several carbon-steel substrates - having a thickness which varies according to individual needs - are applied. After further working processes and thermal treatments, this substrate is mechanically engraved.

In order to ensure best protection against corrosion and to reduce the wear, a galvanic chrome coating (standard hardness 890 HV) with a thickness from 10 to 40 microns is applied after engraving. Instead of the galvanic chrome coating, it is also possible to use other treatments, such as Deltor Cer and Deltor Cabo.

The possible screens are listed in the technical data sheets for mechanical engravings.
