Spraylast coating inspection
Manufacturing a good anilox requires 100% control over production process.
For this reason, Simec and his partner (certified ISO 9001) have decided to carry out random checks twice a day (at the beginning and at the end of each manufacturing cycle) on each of the 4 systems dedicated to anilox production.
The results of these inspections are annexed to the std. digital certification of the anilox sent to the customers: when a customer chooses Simec as a supplier, it is routine to receive also this certification, besides the std. one about anilox dimensions and engr.
