Simec anilox rolls are utilized in all fields dealing with coating of various substrates with different materials. This requires an extensive technical know-how as well as a wide variety of laser technologies and a quantity of equipments enabling to engrave by means of the technology most suited to the application for which the roller is needed.

For each laser engraving technology Simec can handle any type of roller with diameter from 30 mm. to 800 mm., length up to 7000 mm. and weight up to 10 tons.

Contrary to what most end users may think, different engraving technologies give different results in terms of roller performances and durability.

For this reason, it is necessary to carefully evaluate the features of the product to purchase and to contact the supplier by providing him with all necessary information on the equipment in use and on the problems encountered during use, if any.
