Profil Off Line
It’s a self-standing equipment to clean conventional rollers which can be cleaned also with gears or bearings on (no need to dismount them) while for the anilox sleeves special carriers are required. Upon request these systems can be designed as per customer’s requirements.
For all applications where cleaning is carried out off-line and especially when the rollers to be cleaned are conventional (in steel with journals and mechanical parts that can be disassembled) Simec has designed different dedicated models to purpose.
The OffLine range includes 3 versions:
• The closed version – Simec produces a standard version that can cover 90% of the market requirements. Customized versions are available on request.
• The open version – nearly identical to the model above but without protective hermetic guards. Also this model is produced in a standard version but customized versions are available on request.
• The third version is also an open model but it can be utilized either off-line (by means of the off-line mechanics) or in-line (by removing the translation mechanics).
All our models have been developed in a way as to be easily installed by the customer; standard versions do not need any locking to the floor, any particular foundation, any electric or pneumatic preparation.
